AI is moving fast. Sometimes I feel it is moving faster than the people building it can actually control. A recent incident at OpenAI made that feeling a lot more real for me, and it has started a serious conversation about whether we should pause AI development before things get out of hand.

As someone who enjoys technology, cybersecurity, and open-source tools, I believe AI can be extremely useful. Everywhere I go online, I see people saying the same thing:
"AI will replace humans." "AI will make everyone useless." "There will be no jobs left because of AI."
To me, this is not knowledge. This is fear mixed with misinformation.
In this post, I want to share my honest view as a tech person who actually uses AI: AI is not here to erase humans. AI is a tool. A very powerful one. And if you learn to use it properly, it can make you far more capable than before.
